An outfit is only good as the accessories worn along with it. You could have the most amazing dress or an outstanding suit but it’s missing something if you do not accessorize. Having the right watch or necklace to complement your outfit is very appealing. Not all men love wearing jewelry, but watches for men are rugged and manly enough that any man will wear one. It is therefore good to know how to accessorize.
The first step to finding the right watch is determining your skin tone. Watches made of metal come in different colors ranging from gold, silver and others. The different types of skin tones determine the color of the watch that will look best on a person. There are two types of skin tones; the cool skin tone and warm skin tone.
Cool Skin Tone
Cool skin tones are identifiable by bluish colored veins. You can identify this by flipping over your hand and examining your wrist right where you dab your perfume and observing the color of your veins. People with cooler skin tones have light-blue, blue-green, gray-green, and gray-blue eye color. This mostly includes people with dark skin and tan skin.

Silver, platinum, and white gold watch metal colors look good on persons with cool skin tones. Stones such as white pearls and diamonds favor cool skin tones. The stone color should focus on jewel tones such as pinks, purples, blues, reds, and magentas.
Warm Skin Tone
Warm skin tones are identifiable by greenish-colored veins. The checklist to be sure includes the fact that you easily tan and have a high threshold for sun exposure. You notice a yellow or golden-apricot undertone to your face when looking in the mirror. These people have green, hazel and dark brown colored eyes.

Warm skin tones match well with metals such as gold, pewter, brass, and copper. Gold toned pearls work well for warm skin tone. Stone color should focus on more earthy tones such as browns, oranges, greens, yellows, peaches and turquoises.
